Shakepay is the easiest way for Canadians to buy and send Bitcoin. Here's how to get set up:

1. Download Shakepay — available free on the App Store and Google Play. Search "Shakepay" and install.
2. Create your account — sign up with your email and complete identity verification (required by Canadian law). This takes 5–10 minutes.
3. Add funds — link your bank account or use Interac e-Transfer to add Canadian dollars. Funds typically arrive within minutes.
4. Buy Bitcoin — tap "Buy" and purchase the amount shown in your order confirmation email. Shakepay shows you the exact CAD amount needed.
5. Send payment — tap "Send Bitcoin", paste the Bitcoin address from your order email, enter the exact BTC amount shown, and confirm.
6. Get your TXID — after sending, tap the transaction in your history to find your Transaction ID. Reply to your order email with this ID to confirm payment.

Shakepay is a Canadian-regulated platform. Your funds and identity are protected under Canadian financial regulations.

Your Transaction ID (TXID) is a unique code that proves your Bitcoin payment was sent. Here's how to find it on common platforms:

1. Shakepay — tap the transaction in your "Activity" tab, then tap "View on blockchain" or copy the TXID shown on the transaction detail screen.
2. Coinbase — go to "Assets" → "Bitcoin" → tap the transaction → scroll down to find the Transaction Hash (TXID).
3. Trust Wallet — go to your Bitcoin wallet → tap the transaction → tap "More Details" to see the TXID.
4. Any other wallet — look for "Transaction Hash", "TX Hash", or "Transaction ID" in your transaction history or receipt.

Once you have your TXID, simply reply to your order confirmation email with it and we will verify your payment on the blockchain.

TXIDs are 64-character strings of letters and numbers. They look like: a1b2c3d4e5f6...

We offer three purchase options for each compound to suit different needs and experience levels:

1. Single vial — 1 vial. Ideal for first-time customers who want to try a compound before committing. Maximum 10 singles per product per order.
2. Half Kit — 5 vials — A popular choice for customers starting a protocol. Better value than singles, and enough for a full introductory cycle for most compounds. Limited to 1 per product per order.
3. Full Kit — 10 vials — Our best value option. Suited for experienced customers running a complete protocol. Limited to 1 per product per order to ensure fair supply for all customers.

Kit limits exist to ensure fair availability across our customer base. All products are synthesized in small batches at our Vancouver lab partner.

1. Consult a healthcare provider — we strongly recommend speaking with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any peptide protocol, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or take medications.
2. Research and wellness use — our products are intended for research and personal wellness purposes. They are not approved by Health Canada as pharmaceutical drugs.
3. Canadian-synthesized quality — unlike many overseas suppliers, our compounds are produced domestically at a certified Vancouver lab, ensuring consistent purity and traceability.
4. Storage — most peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated and used within the recommended timeframe.

Here is what to expect after your payment is verified on the blockchain:

1. Payment verification — we typically verify Bitcoin transactions within a few hours of receiving your TXID reply. You will receive a confirmation email once verified.
2. Processing time — orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
3. Delivery within Canada — standard delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your province. Express options may be available on request.
4. Tracking — a tracking number will be sent to your email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched.
5. Packaging — all orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no branding or product names visible on the outside.
